We came to Powell River
To visit for a day,
The first thing we had to do was
find a place to stay.

We looked through all the brochures,
A few we went to see
But then we found
"Ocean Point B&B"

Marie' is the perfect hostess
The breakfast was a "10"
We'll talk about it to our friends,
For sure we'll come again.

I must say we felt more comfortable here than we were expecting. I really like how friendly and hospitable you guys were. The food was bigger and better than I ever imagined. Coming into someone's house as a complete stranger would usually bring a sort of awkward uneasy sensation. But once we all met and had our first night conversation, I felt very comfortable and right at home. Richmond B.C

Tips on traveling well Recently we spent the week on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia.  In the town of Powell River we found the best B&B ever.  It is called the Ocean Point Bed & Breakfast.  The owner was delightful, and so was the B&B, which is about five houses from the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.  The rooms were gorgeous.  We had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room area and a kitchen area all to ourselves for $180 Canadian or about $135 American. The breakfast was terrific, the owner served pancakes, baked French toast, homemade whipped cream, fruit, muffins, milk, OJ, apple juice and more... Carlsbad, CA

 We’re moving in! We had a wonderful time. The accommodation were first rate! The food was wonderful, the company the best! We will treasure our memories. California, USA

What a delightful spot! It truly became our “haven”. Enjoyed your lovely gardens ...The quiet ...The evening snack of crackers cheese and fresh smoked salmon –a treat!!  Jean & I, we have traveled through Europe & around the world and we have never had a warmer welcome or better accommodation.  Your breakfasts will I am sure become a legend in British Columbia.
